This module comprises functionality for consultant’s rooms, triage, bookings, investigations, history and dispensing of medication supported by an integrated Electronic Patient Record (EPHR).
Bookings and waiting lists
Scheduling of booked and walk-in patients with a simultaneous view of all consultants’ bookings in the clinic. Waiting list management with statistical reporting for TCB and non-arrivals.

Registration
Patient registration can be done from shared Patient Master Index (PMI) with history of previous episodes. Data can also be uploaded from corporate systems (Citizens’ register, HR, Funder).
Investigations
User defined questionnaires and templates for investigations and history of previous visits, both clinical and financial. Order tests and see results from laboratories, radiology and other service areas. Includes doctors’ notes, nursing notes, referral letters, and coding – ICD10, CPT4, free format.
Essential Drug Lists
Essential Drug lists (EDL) can be compiled, with an interface to stock control. E-Prescribing capability for doctors from mobile devices.
Patient History
History of previous patient visits containing clinical and financial information, including services from laboratory and radiology departments, referrals, doctors’ and nursing notes.

Billing and NHI
The billing engine interprets the rules of various funders, with electronic submission of accounts (EDI) to NHI/medical aids and electronic remittance advice.
