TriFour Health provides support from Pretoria, (South Africa), Harare (Zimbabwe) and Nairobi (Kenya) using Skype (voice over internet), emails, voice, remote connections and TriLog (our internal logging and management system) at very competitive prices.
In order to achieve this we train an on-site system administrator to provide first line support to users, on-going hand-holding and backups - while we assist with the more involved problems.
Maintenance, software upgrades, enhancements and support can be done remotely over the public Internet.
