TriLog is our internal web-based call logging system that is used to track and manage all support calls. This enables the user to see the status of their outstanding calls and the expected completion time.

A call can be placed to the Call centre or an email can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
The call is logged and a reference number is issued to the client either telephonically or via email. Once the call is logged an email response is sent to the client via email.
The logged calls go through various statuses:
- Referred to Development
- Awaiting sign-off from client
- Signed off
The client is automatically emailed as soon as a status on a call changes, thus constantly informing the client of the progress of the outstanding call.
